Pete! Pete has been a long standing resident singer at the Bothy,having first
visited the club in 1967 and stayed on to see if this fad would last. It of course has and Pete has been part of not only the club but of most other the activities such as the early Southport Swords ,Southport Mummers, Mr Blundells Alms Band. Pete also plays from time to time with Paul Reid and Bill Hackney and Bev Sanders and is part of a new Band called League Of Friends. In 1999 Pete released his first Cd called Fill my pockets..with rain. with many Bothy friends helping out. Pete Says, As long as the Bothy Folk Club keeps running ,so will I
